Hi families, are you noticing that your child is showing some anxiety around mealtime? One of the reasons might be because they're nervous about any new foods that they might be exposed to. An idea that I like to try is a no thank you bowl or an all done bowl. The idea is that you may put the new foods on your child's plate and they can choose to engage with them and if not, We can pick them up and put them in the all done bowl.

This is a great strategy because it reduces the pressure to actually taste foods or put them in your mouth, but you still get to have the engagement with your fingers and put it into the bowl.
