Hi parents. Are you noticing that your toddler has stopped eating some of their favorite foods? And are you starting to wonder if the variety of foods that they're eating is maybe more limited than it should be? In occupational therapy or in feeding therapy, we call that dropping. And this can be a concern because you might be thinking, I have nothing to feed my kid anymore.
What am I going to do? So some ways that we can help you with occupational therapy is first to determine why they're dropping foods come up with a strategy and then support you and your family to help them build back that robustness of variety that they're eating.
