Moranda is a Speech-Language Pathologist who joined the Small Talk team in 2021. Her background includes experience in assessing and treating children, adolescents, and adults in the areas of articulation, phonology, apraxia of speech, receptive and expressive language, autism spectrum disorders (ASDs), augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and fluency/stuttering. Her ongoing passion is to provide personalized treatment in a fun and creative way!
Moranda is a licensed speech and language pathologist certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She received her bachelors in communication sciences and disorders with a minor in psychology and a masters in speech-language pathology from Wayne State University. Moranda has experience in pediatric school-based settings, hospital-based settings, outpatient, and private practice where she spent time assessing and treating the both pediatric and adult populations. Moranda loves a team-based approach, where she focuses on communication and collaboration with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure success for each of her clients' needs.
